Fix videos and games that can not be played
If there's a YouTube video, a Facebook game, or any other media that you can not play, try the following steps to fix it.
These steps can help:
Video clip or game can not be loaded
Having a blank video or game
A gray box appears instead of a video or game
Chrome stops or crashes while uploading a video or game
The ANDROID computer is IPHONE and IPAD devices
Step 1:
Allow Flash to be enabled on the site
Find the error that indicates "Click to enable Adobe Flash Player" or a message about downloading the Flash software. If you see these errors, the site will need permission to use Flash.
Allow only Flash to run on websites you trust.
On your computer, open Chrome.
Navigate to the site that includes the video or game.
To the right of the web address, click on the "lock" lock or "Info" information.
To the left of "Flash", click on the stock arrows.
Choose Always allow this on this site.
At the top left, click "Reload" to reload.
Step 2:
Run JavaScript
Some media need JavaScript. For example, YouTube videos will not play without JavaScript.
On your computer, open Chrome.

Some video issues may occur due to Chrome extensions, plug-ins, or anything saved in your cache or browsing data.
On your computer, open Chrome.
In the top right, click "More" and then a new incognito window.
In the incognito window, go to the location that contains the video or game.

Update Chrome
Videos and games sometimes need the latest version of Chrome.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click "More" more.
Click Update Google Chrome. If you do not see this button, you are using the latest version.
Click Restart.
Return to the site that includes the video or game. At the top left, click "Reload" to reload.
Step 5:
Reset your Chrome settings
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click "More" and then Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click Advanced settings.
Under the "Reset" section, click Reset.
Confirm by clicking Reset.
Return to the site that includes the video or game. At the top left, click "Reload" to reload.
Step 6:
Reset your Internet connection
The Internet may cause problems with video or game play.
Turn off the computer.
Disconnect the modem. If the wireless router is a separate device, disconnect it as well.
Wait for about one minute.

Return to the site that includes the video or game. At the top left, click "Reload" to reload.
